How does it work?
Once again, we want to thank you for appreciating our pastels.
So we have set up a program to fully recognize your loyalty.
This program is completely automatic when you buy on our online store.
The only requirement is to have an account! Which, by the way, allows you to earn your first points.
However, if you have the opportunity to meet us at a trade show or in our store in Montignac-Lascaux, please let us know that you have an online account and we will credit your points manually.
How does it work?
Each €uro spent in pastel brings you 1 point.
Look for this pictogram which indicates the points you can earn:
Your points are accumulated with your purchases and you can use them in their totality or partially at your convenience.
Some products such as the Harmony woodenbox for example will give you more points… Yes, yes, go and see!
One-time actions can also be implemented to help you earn more points. These are usually announced on our social media channels or in our newsletter, so be sure to sign up!
You can also automatically earn points on your birthday, by leaving a review on a product, after completing 10 orders, or by participating in the #pastelsgiraultaroundtheworld challenge.
When you are logged in, you have an eye on your points in the top banner of your site.
Your points credit and the history of your earnings as well as your exchanges are detailed in the section my account. Points accumulated are valid for 2 years
